When you share your living quarters with others, no matter how temporary, it's important to create and maintain a space or time that is yours alone.
Mom's are laughing at this right now but you need it and you know it! Make it a priority because these are the spaces in which we heal and grow. Our loved ones need us to be ok and making time for only you is self care 101.
Create your sanctuary or time and enforce those boundaries. Make it a habit for you so it will become known to those around you, they'll get it if you are consistent.
