Today's Message from the Universe advises you to shake things up a bit.
You've been keeping your focus trained on serious, repetitive, frustrating, and/or monotonous things and would benefit greatly from adding a little sugar and spice :) It could be something as simple as playing music while you work or something that pulls you entirely away from it. You might find a little relief in changing up your routine or environment, listening to a different kind of music, or even beginning a new tradition.
